SHIPPING RATE

All our orders are delivered via courier company - Kangaroo Worldwide Express only.
For Kangaroo Worldwide Express, a flat shipping rate of RM8 for West Malaysia and RM12 postage for East Malaysia.

Start from July 2011, we only offer Courier Service as Pos Malaysia does not allow to use Pos Express to post Clothes/Accessories, it will return back the parcel to us. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Free shipping is applicable for order above RM200 in a single transaction/receipt for items weighing up to 1kg.

We do international shipping too, please send us email for rates.

Standard delivery time is 2-7 working days once the payment is made and confirmed. Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following working day. If all items ordered are in stock, MyLittleDino shall send out the order on the next working day to the address you registered with us.

When payment transaction is succeeded, a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or goods are out of stocks will be notified through email or sms.

Please provide the address where someone will be at home to receive the products, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest main post office.

All items are new and in good condition before shipping. Kindly note that MyLittleDino are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.

Customer shall pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by customer.

NOTE: Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date.

ORDER TRACKING

In order to track your shipment status, please go to http://track.kangaroo.com.my/ by key in your AWB number that we have sent to you. For Pos Ekspress, please go to http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/TrackTrace/PosEkspres/first1.asp by key in your tracking number.

You can always monitor the status of your order by selecting Order Status or login to your Account by selecting Order History, the whole process shall not take more than 7 working days after the verification unless the product is out of stock and MyLittleDino needs to refurnish our product. MyLittleDino will contact you if there is delay on delivery, and other options can be provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.	Item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions.
2.	Payment must be received within 3 days after date of order. Failed payment will result in cancellation of your order.
3.	Please note that we will only process the order after the FULL PAYMENT is received.
4.	Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email, with the information below:
	i. Order ID. ii. Your name and contact number iii. Payment amount iv. Date and time of bank-in v. Bank transaction Reference number
5.	All purchases are final. Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
6.	Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 2-4 weeks or more from the date of order for items to be delivered.
7.	Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, MyLittleDino will inform buyers in prior via email, sms or msn.
8.	For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, MyLittleDino advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
9.	All items are new and in good condition before shipping. Kindly note that MyLittleDino will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.
10.	The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
